Refund Policy

1. Refunds for All Services:
(a) If you are not satisfied with our services, you can request a refund within
7 days of the
purchase date.
(b) If you cancel your service within the first
7 days of the purchase date, we will issue a
full refund.
(c) If you cancel your service after the first
7 days of the purchase date, no refund will be
issued.
2. Chargebacks and Overpayments:
(a) If you make a payment to us and then request a chargeback, your service will be terminated
immediately and you able to purchase a new service.
(b) If you make an overpayment to us, we will issue a refund for the overpayment amount within 24
hours.
3. Refund Time:
(a) We will issue a refund within
7 business days of the refund request to the original
payment method.
(b) If you do not receive a refund within
7 business days, please contact our customer service
team.
4. Exceptions:
We
do not offer refunds under any circumstances for the following services:
- Domain name registrations
- SSL certificates
- Setup fees
- Any other fees
5. Other:
(a) If you forget to cancel your subscription one day after your payment has been made on your second
month or after, we will refund 100% of your payment.
(b) If your server performance drops for a minimum of 4 hours, you're entitled to a 15% refund or
credit. If your performance drops over a 1 day period, you'll be entitled to a 50% refund.
(c) If we see any large performance heavy plugins or applications that may be causing your server to
lag or to become slower than usual we won't refund you.
(d) If your service is doing any illegal activity such as DDoS, spamming, or any other illegal
activity, we will not refund you. We will suspend your service and you will be banned from all of our
services.
6. Abuse:
(a) We reserve the right to refuse a refund if we believe that you are abusing our any of our
policies.
(b) If you are found to be abusing our refund policy, you will be banned from all of our services and
your account will be terminated.
